You Can't Crush This

Hopes can be crushed, suddenly deflated. You can crush someone's spirit, when they are hoping for the best news but instead get the worst. You can crush a coke can, a car, and various other metal things. You can't crush our love. You can't crush our memories. You can't crush our family. We are, and always will remain a family that plays together, loves together, and hurts together. So we are disappointed in this week's news, but not crushed. We have each other and that's what matters.
