I always like to write about a great recipe when I find it because then I can always locate the recipe when I need it again.
This STEAK!
Alton Brown's Pan Seared Ribeye
I followed his directions. I cooked it 3 minutes on each side because we like our steak medium. I also used more salt in the original seasoning, and added a garlic/parsley/butter combo on top while the steak was sitting.
This was tender, flavorful, and delicious.
It got five thumbs up in the Feagins house.
